is available on Youtube Moonwalk One , Theo Kamecke, a documentary that tells the 1970 Apollo 11 mission. The work is very special because it is one of the few who was explicitly commissioned by NASA to document the landing on the moon, thus having access to places and resources of a very exclusive. Moonwalk One è particolarmente pregevole per la sua raccolta di riprese dei decolli del Saturn V, tratte dai filmati tecnici realizzati dalla NASA per documentare il lancio in dettaglio. Siccome queste riprese erano da usare solo in caso di problemi e di problemi non ve ne furono, le pellicole 16mm furono scartate e sostanzialmente dimenticate dalla NASA dopo il lancio. Kamecke riuscì a salvarle dal macero e includerle in parte nel documentario. Dal punto di vista tecnico e storico, il materiale girato a colori all'interno del Controllo Missione e i filmati tecnici dei lanci the Saturn V, together with the documentation of the massive carrier assembly and testing on would-be astronauts, they are absolutely amazing and a must for any fan of space exploration. The sedate pace of assembly, much less hectic and tight than those of today, allow to contemplate the full images of the mission. Perhaps for the modern palate the music a bit 'psychedelic and slow some sequences may be a little' soporific.
In terms of the response to the arguments of lunacomplottisti, this is a historical document of absolute reference: anyone who would say that movies of the lunar missions have been manufactured or rebuilt thereafter modern special effects has to deal with these high-quality footage dating back to 1970, when the digital effects were absolutely unthinkable, as noted in the same supplemental content Kamecke Edition on DVD.
The double-DVD box set in detail
The original Moonwalk One DVD contains two discs. The first home version in 16:9 format of the documentary: the second in the original 4:3. A very good choice, since the 16:9 version, more suitable for dissemination on the modern facilities for the purists scontenterà the original frame size, sometimes with many unfortunate results, as can be seen in these two images taken from the same moment two versions.

Apart from the different cutting of the frame, the two versions of Moonwalk One are identical, at least in a first general.
The second disc contains a number of short documentaries (Kamecke director of a visit to Stonehenge in recent times, the trailer for the new edition of Moonwalk One, a commentary to the work of re-release) and a featurette or longer documentary, The Making of One MoonWalk, which recounts the details of the project. A particularly interesting from the point of view of the lunar conspiracy Kamecke's comment, 16 minutes into the featurette, noting that he thought of using computer graphics to show schematically the functioning of the mission, but found that even in those days a digital graphics wireframe (with the objects represented by simple lines, no shadows or details) would have been much more expensive hand-made animations with the techniques of animated cartoons.
A treat for fans of Star Trek : the narrator of Moonwalk One is Laurence Luckinbill, who in 1989 played the role of Sybok, Spock's brother in the film Star Trek V: The Final Frontier (L 'Final Frontier) .
As noted in the comments below after the initial publication of this article, the DVD Moonwalk One is not currently available for shipment outside the United Kingdom, at least through Amazon.com. To buy my copy because I had to take advantage of a trip to England.
